Here are a few things that I need for you to remember when you are booking your appointments
Be on time for your appointment! *
A deposit is required to book all appointments
$20 must be paid in addition to service in order to start if you are 15 mins or more late.
All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE if you can not make it to your appointment & you would like to reschedule your appointment ONLINE.
NO CALL NO SHOW... you will no longer be able to make an appointment and your appointment it will be canceled and redeemed as a session
You will however be required to complete a consent form prior to your procedure.
